\u00bfQu\u00e9 son las v\u00e1lvulas de bola?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Las v\u00e1lvulas de bola son dispositivos mec\u00e1nicos que ayudan a controlar, dirigir, guiar y modular el flujo de sustancias como l\u00edquidos, gases y fluidos a presi\u00f3n. Existen muchos tipos de v\u00e1lvulas de bola que contienen diferentes mecanismos para distintos usos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los diferentes tipos de v\u00e1lvulas de bola se pueden clasificar seg\u00fan diversas caracter\u00edsticas, como el n\u00famero de v\u00edas, su dise\u00f1o, el tipo de asiento, el acceso a la bola, el ensamblaje del cuerpo y el tama\u00f1o del orificio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Norma para v\u00e1lvulas de bola<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Ball valves are mostly designed to confirm API 6D, API 6A and ANSI B16.34. The API are used for pipeline specifications, API for Christmas tree and wellhead equipment and ANSI are used for valves, welding and flanged end. Other related standards that are used for ANSI B16.5, ANSI B16.25 and ANSI B16, 10 are also used in the designing of ball valves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ball valves are also designed to meet fire safe requirements to BS6755, API 607 and API 6FA. Final testing is done to confirm API 598, MSS SP 61, API 6D and API 6A requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tipos de v\u00e1lvulas de bola populares<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Depending on the valve applications users should determine what kind of ball valve type is the right choice for them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.<\/strong>   V\u00e1lvulas de bola en V<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

La V en las v\u00e1lvulas de bola en V indica la forma de la bola y del asiento. Esta v\u00e1lvula permite a los usuarios controlar mejor el cierre y la apertura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.<\/strong>   V\u00e1lvulas de bola de paso est\u00e1ndar<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The standard port ball valve has a very smaller ball and port as compared to the full port. It is very less expensive but it has come up with a little restricted flow due to the pipe size. As they are cheaper they have the highest pressure as compared to the other valves. Just like the full port valves these standard ports are very great for the systems with high flow coefficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.<\/strong>   V\u00e1lvulas de bola de paso completo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Estas v\u00e1lvulas de bola de paso completo son m\u00e1s caras que otros tipos de v\u00e1lvulas. Las v\u00e1lvulas sobredimensionadas en esta v\u00e1lvula de paso completo reducen la p\u00e9rdida de fricci\u00f3n debido a que el orificio de la bola tiene el mismo tama\u00f1o que la tuber\u00eda. Como la v\u00e1lvula es m\u00e1s grande, el flujo no est\u00e1 restringido en el tama\u00f1o de la v\u00e1lvula de bola de paso completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.<\/strong>   V\u00e1lvulas de bola multipuerto<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Las v\u00e1lvulas de bola multipuerto constan de tres o cuatro v\u00edas con un orificio en forma de L o T en el centro de la v\u00e1lvula. Las v\u00e1lvulas T pueden conectar todo tipo de pares de puertos y las v\u00e1lvulas L pueden conectar el puerto central con los puertos laterales. La entrada en la v\u00e1lvula de bola multipuerto est\u00e1 en realidad ortogonal al plano de la salida. Las v\u00e1lvulas de bola de 4 v\u00edas contienen 2 puertos en forma de L en la bola multipuerto conocidos como puerto X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.<\/strong>   V\u00e1lvula de bola de uni\u00f3n verdadera<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

True union ball valve contains a pin which helps in securing the ball in its places and it stops the movements. Two shafts are placed at the opposite ends in true union helps in enabling the support of the segmented ball.
