Th\u00a9 valve is suitable for the working temperature less than 400 degrees C and less than 550 degrees C. working medium for water, steam and oil pipeline, as the opening and closing device, especially for thermal power plant, medicine, paper and olher steam turbine condensing and vacuum negaiive pressure sysiem, io play a vacuum isolation and sealing effect.<\/p>\n

  1. Structure form vacuum sealing gate valve a stuffing vacuum sealing device and parallel double gate plate structure, vacuum sealing cut-off valve a stuffing vacuum sealing device and straight through lifting structure.<\/li>\n
  2. Drive mode\uff1a manual, electric, gear transmission.<\/li>\n
  3. Connection mode\uff1a socket welding connection, flange connection, butt v\/eldmg connection<\/li>\n
  4. A floating sealing mechanism is formed by combination of ram, gu\uff1ade frame and spring, and self compensation can be achieved after friciion.<\/li>\n
  5. Guide frame and valve body guide movement, ensure double gate simultaneous opening and closing.<\/li>\n
  6. Vacuum isolation stop valve: valve stem and disc adopt dynamic connection, valve and valve seat vertical seal, opening and closing stroke and valve height are small.<\/li>\n
  7. A vacuum sealing device is set up in the packing letter. The high strength flexible factory ink clip nickel wire expansion filler and alloy nickel wire mesh coated modified metal polytetrafluoroethylene filling and fat sealing ring were installed, and high vacuum sealed silicone grease was injected between the packing and the seal ring to improve the seal between the filler and the stem, so that lhe height of lhe system and the atmosphere were separated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
