La fuite de la tige de vanne est correctement contr\u00f4l\u00e9e en comprimant le garnissage autour du syst\u00e8me. Chaque type de vanne est con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des besoins sp\u00e9cifiques. Certaines vannes sont capables de r\u00e9guler le d\u00e9bit, d'autres ne peuvent que l'arr\u00eater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fonctions principales des vannes<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vannes remplissent de nombreuses fonctions, notamment :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Arr\u00eat et d\u00e9marrage du d\u00e9bit bas\u00e9s sur l'\u00e9tat de la vanne<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. R\u00e9gulation de la pression et du d\u00e9bit dans le syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Contr\u00f4le et gestion du sens d'\u00e9coulement dans le syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Limitation des d\u00e9bits dans le syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Aide \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en \u00e9vacuant le vide et la pression dans le syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fonctions des vannes et leurs pi\u00e8ces de base<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ind\u00e9pendamment des fonctions de la vanne, tous les types de vannes ont des pi\u00e8ces de base :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Le corps<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le corps est aussi appel\u00e9 l'enveloppe. Il sert de fronti\u00e8re principale de pression de la vanne. Il est l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment principal de la vanne car c'est la structure qui maintient tout ensemble. La premi\u00e8re pression, le corps de la vanne, r\u00e9siste au fluide et aux charges des tuyaux de raccordement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Bo\u00eete de garniture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le couvercle de l'ouverture dans le corps de la vanne est appel\u00e9 le chapeau. Le corps est divis\u00e9 en 2 sections boulonn\u00e9es ensemble. Comme les corps de vannes, les chapeaux varient dans de nombreuses conceptions. Certains chapeaux servent simplement de couvercles de vanne. Cette pi\u00e8ce est la deuxi\u00e8me fronti\u00e8re principale de la vanne. Il est forg\u00e9 ou moul\u00e9 dans le m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau et il est connect\u00e9 au corps par un joint soud\u00e9, boulonn\u00e9 ou filet\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Garniture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments internes des vannes sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s sous le nom de garniture de la vanne. Cette garniture comprend le si\u00e8ge, la tige, le disque et les douilles n\u00e9cessaires pour guider la tige. La performance d'une vanne d\u00e9pend de l'interface du si\u00e8ge et du disque. La relation de la position du disque est avec le si\u00e8ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Actionneur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'actionneur commande le disque et la tige. Un actionneur peut \u00eatre une roue \u00e0 main \u00e0 commande manuelle, un op\u00e9rateur motoris\u00e9, un sol\u00e9no\u00efde ou un v\u00e9rin hydraulique. L'actionneur est support\u00e9 par le chapeau et un \u00e9trier est mont\u00e9 sur le chapeau pour supporter l'actionneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Garniture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La plupart des vannes utilisent une forme de garniture pour emp\u00eacher les fuites provenant de l'espace situ\u00e9 entre le chapeau et la tige. La garniture est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un mat\u00e9riau fibreux et un autre compos\u00e9 qui forme un joint. La garniture de vanne est correctement comprim\u00e9e et aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les pertes de fluide et les dommages \u00e0 la tige de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les vannes jouent un r\u00f4le important dans le syst\u00e8me de tuyauterie. Elles jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans les industries. Dans les industries du gaz et du p\u00e9trole, ainsi que dans d'autres secteurs, la fonction de la vanne est de contr\u00f4ler, guider, r\u00e9guler les d\u00e9bits et les processus de raffinage. La vanne aide \u00e0 d\u00e9marrer et arr\u00eater le flux de fluide et \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler sa direction.
