L'augmentation mondiale des produits et la r\u00e9duction de la fabrication nationale ont affect\u00e9 toute la cha\u00eene d'approvisionnement des vannes. Cela n\u00e9cessite davantage de tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Test d'une vanne<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de tester une vanne, une proc\u00e9dure de test est d'abord \u00e9tablie. La vanne est plac\u00e9e sur le banc d'essai et elle est ouverte \u00e0 moiti\u00e9. Ensuite, la coque est pressuris\u00e9e selon la norme ASME B16.34. Elle recommande 1,5 fois la pression nominale de la vanne. Pour r\u00e9ussir le test de la vanne, il est tr\u00e8s important qu'il n'y ait aucune fuite pendant le test de fonction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Test d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 du si\u00e8ge de vanne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de test de vanne est effectu\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le test de fonction de la coque. Il comprend les m\u00eames normes ASME et API avec les directives de la coque. Un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la vanne est soumis \u00e0 une pression hydrostatique et la quantit\u00e9 de fuite est mesur\u00e9e de l'autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Test de si\u00e8ge arri\u00e8re de vanne<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le test de la fonction de si\u00e8ge arri\u00e8re de la vanne est effectu\u00e9 sur la vanne \u00e9quip\u00e9e de la fonction de si\u00e8ge arri\u00e8re. Cette fonction permet le garnissage de la vanne et son remplacement en service. Lors de ce test fonctionnel, la vanne est compl\u00e8tement ouverte et les presse-\u00e9toupes ne doivent pas \u00eatre install\u00e9s. La pression pour le si\u00e8ge arri\u00e8re est la m\u00eame que pour le test de l'autre si\u00e8ge de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Test de soupape de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de pression<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La soupape de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de pression est une soupape de d\u00e9charge \u00e0 ressort qui s'ouvre sous la pression statique de la vanne. Elle se caract\u00e9rise par une ouverture franche (pop action). Lorsque la pression interne atteint la pression de consigne, elle augmente. Elle surmonte la force agissant sur le disque. La pression de fermeture est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la pression de consigne et sera atteinte une fois la phase de d\u00e9charge termin\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Test de vanne incendie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'un des tests fonctionnels de vanne en cas d'incendie consiste \u00e0 assurer la protection. Lors du test d'incendie, la vanne est soumise \u00e0 des flammes intenses pendant 30 minutes. Pendant ce test, l'intensit\u00e9 et la fuite, tant externes qu'internes, sont mesur\u00e9es. Tout au long du test, le niveau de fuite acceptable permet \u00e0 la vanne de r\u00e9ussir le test.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes doivent confirmer quelques normes de fuite et de nombreuses autres choses sont \u00e9galement effectu\u00e9es. Les tests et inspections de vannes sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s tous les 12 mois et permettent \u00e0 la vanne de fonctionner dans les meilleures conditions.
