Choisir le mauvais type de raccordement de vanne peut entra\u00eener un danger. Les tuyaux et les raccords de vannes sont d'une grande importance. Le travail de raccordement est effectu\u00e9 avec soin afin de ne pas causer de dommages et de fuites apr\u00e8s le raccordement de la vanne. Une vanne n'est pas op\u00e9rationnelle si elle n'est pas connect\u00e9e au tuyau. Trois configurations de base sont expliqu\u00e9es ici : raccordement filet\u00e9, raccordements soud\u00e9s et raccordements \u00e0 brides. Pour maximiser votre s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les utilisateurs doivent se familiariser avec les diff\u00e9rents types de raccords disponibles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Filet\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les raccords d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de vannes filet\u00e9es sont tr\u00e8s courants dans les syst\u00e8mes de tuyauterie \u00e0 basse pression. Ils sont faciles et rapides \u00e0 assembler. Ils forment des raccords tr\u00e8s \u00e9tanches et de bonne qualit\u00e9 entre les vannes et les tuyaux. Il existe des vannes avec des raccords filet\u00e9s m\u00e2les et femelles. Il existe peu de normes. Ces types de normes d\u00e9finissent les crit\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 respecter afin de faciliter l'utilisation du produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Soud\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de vanne poss\u00e8de simplement un logement dont le diam\u00e8tre int\u00e9rieur est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur au diam\u00e8tre ext\u00e9rieur du tuyau. On les appelle aussi raccords \u00e0 embo\u00eetement soud\u00e9 (socket weld). Ils sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux petites tailles. Ce sont des raccords permanents et \u00e9tanches. Des ailettes de dissipation thermique doivent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour prot\u00e9ger les joints pendant le soudage. Il existe 2 types principaux de raccords soud\u00e9s :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Soudure bout \u00e0 bout<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce raccordement soud\u00e9, le tuyau et les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de la vanne sont bout \u00e0 bout. Ils sont assembl\u00e9s l'un contre l'autre puis soud\u00e9s pour cr\u00e9er une liaison. Ces raccords soud\u00e9s bout \u00e0 bout sont tr\u00e8s courants avec les vannes en acier. Ils sont id\u00e9aux pour tous les types de vannes en raison de leur taille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>\u00c0 embo\u00eetement soud\u00e9<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 soud\u00e9e de la vanne est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9e en douille. Le tuyau est ins\u00e9r\u00e9 pour le soudage. La connexion utilise des soudures d'angle pour la relier \u00e0 2 composants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Compression<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce type de raccordement se trouve principalement sur les conduites d'eau en plomberie. Ils n'ont pas besoin de chaleur comme d'autres raccords d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de vanne. Le raccordement utilise deux pi\u00e8ces en plus du tuyau et de la vanne : la bague et l'\u00e9crou de compression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Montage sur collecteur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les raccords d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de vanne \u00e0 montage sur collecteur int\u00e8grent une face plane avec des joints toriques autour des orifices. Les orifices de la vanne sont align\u00e9s avec les orifices des composants. Des boulons sont utilis\u00e9s pour maintenir la vanne en place sur la surface de contact sur laquelle elle est mont\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Union<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les raccords union ont un \u00e9crou filet\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire pour un raccord d'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de vanne m\u00e2le. La plupart des raccords union n\u00e9cessitent un autre type de raccordement comme le collage, le soudage ou le filetage sur les vannes.
