Il peut remplacer des composants tels que le si\u00e8ge, la tige, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.<\/strong> <strong>GARNITURE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La garniture est le nom collectif des pi\u00e8ces internes. Elle peut \u00eatre retir\u00e9e, remplac\u00e9e et est appel\u00e9e partie humide. Elle est en contact direct avec le fluide transport\u00e9. La garniture comprend des composants tels que le si\u00e8ge, la tige, les presse-\u00e9toupes, le disque, les douilles et les bagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.<\/strong> <strong>Disque<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le disque ferme, ouvre ou module le d\u00e9bit du fluide. Dans le cas de la vanne \u00e0 opercule, le coin est le disque de la vanne. Apr\u00e8s le corps et le chapeau, le disque est le troisi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment le plus important pour le bon fonctionnement de la vanne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Si\u00e8ges<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les si\u00e8ges accommodent le mouvement du disque. Les vannes \u00e0 soupape ou les clapets anti-retour \u00e0 battant sont alors soulev\u00e9s avec un si\u00e8ge. Il ouvre et ferme le passage du fluide. Les vannes \u00e0 opercule ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement 2 si\u00e8ges, l'un est sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieur et l'autre sur le c\u00f4t\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.<\/strong> <strong>Tige<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La tige de la vanne est utilis\u00e9e pour fermer et ouvrir le fluide en d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant le disque. La tige est reli\u00e9e \u00e0 l'actionneur de vanne ou \u00e0 la roue \u00e0 main manuelle. Les tiges sont en acier forg\u00e9 et connect\u00e9es au disque par filetage et autres moyens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.<\/strong> <strong>Garniture<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le mat\u00e9riau de la garniture de la vanne et son mat\u00e9riau de bourrage sont effectivement install\u00e9s entre la bo\u00eete \u00e0 garniture et le mat\u00e9riau de la vanne, ce qui aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les fuites externes. Il existe de nombreux types de mat\u00e9riaux de bourrage de vannes tels que les tresses en graphite flexible, les tresses en fibre v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.<\/strong> <strong>Actionneur<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une vanne actionn\u00e9e manuellement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'une roue \u00e0 main et tourne dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre.
