La qualit\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 affecte la dur\u00e9e de vie des vannes. Le mat\u00e9riau d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est en fait un facteur tr\u00e8s important pour garantir le maintien de la qualit\u00e9 de la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les joints de vanne sont la partie cl\u00e9 pour d\u00e9terminer la performance de la vanne. Le nylon est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour les vannes \u00e0 soupape et les vannes \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique avec une temp\u00e9rature inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s Celsius. La pression nominale est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 32 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>T\u00e9flon<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le T\u00e9flon est principalement utilis\u00e9 pour les vannes \u00e0 opercule, les vannes d'arr\u00eat, les vannes \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique, etc. Il supporte une temp\u00e9rature sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 232 degr\u00e9s Celsius et une pression nominale de 6,4 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Fonte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La fonte est utilis\u00e9e pour les vannes \u00e0 soupape, les vannes \u00e0 opercule et les vannes \u00e0 boisseau pour le transport de p\u00e9trole et de gaz. La temp\u00e9rature est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 100 degr\u00e9s Celsius et la pression nominale de 1,6 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Alliage Babbitt<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'alliage Babbitt est utilis\u00e9 pour les vannes d'arr\u00eat d'ammoniac. La temp\u00e9rature est comprise entre -70\u00b0C et -50\u00b0C et la pression nominale est de 2,5 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Alliage de cuivre<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mat\u00e9riaux courants pour les alliages de cuivre sont le bronze \u00e0 l'\u00e9tain 6-6-3 et le laiton au mangan\u00e8se 58-2-2. L'alliage de cuivre a une tr\u00e8s bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure et convient \u00e0 la vapeur et \u00e0 l'eau. La temp\u00e9rature d'utilisation est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 200\u00b0C et la pression nominale est de 1,6 MPa. Il est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour les vannes \u00e0 boisseau, les vannes \u00e0 soupape, les vannes \u00e0 opercule et les clapets anti-retour, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Acier inoxydable chrome-nickel-titane<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le grade courant d'acier inoxydable chrome-nickel-titane est 1 Cr18Ni9Ti. Il offre une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la corrosion, \u00e0 la chaleur et \u00e0 l'\u00e9rosion. Il convient aux fluides tels que l'acide nitrique et la vapeur. Ces aciers sont utilis\u00e9s pour les vannes \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique et les vannes d'arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Boruration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La boruration est directement appliqu\u00e9e sur le corps de la vanne ou sur le mat\u00e9riau des vannes au niveau de la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9. La surface borur\u00e9e est trait\u00e9e et la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une bonne r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'usure.
