La temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une haute temp\u00e9rature, mais il est difficile d'en distinguer le chiffre. Les hautes temp\u00e9ratures incluent les vannes \u00e0 opercule haute temp\u00e9rature, les vannes papillon haute temp\u00e9rature, les vannes \u00e0 pointeau haute temp\u00e9rature, les vannes de r\u00e9gulation et les vannes de r\u00e9duction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Utilisations des vannes haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les vannes haute temp\u00e9rature sont utilis\u00e9es dans les industries des engrais chimiques, de la p\u00e9trochimie, de la m\u00e9tallurgie et de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique. Selon l'ASME B16.34, les mat\u00e9riaux du corps de vanne et leurs pi\u00e8ces int\u00e9rieures diff\u00e8rent selon les plages de temp\u00e9rature. Afin de v\u00e9rifier les vannes conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 leurs conditions de travail \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, il est tr\u00e8s n\u00e9cessaire de distinguer et de concevoir le niveau de temp\u00e9rature des vannes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e9lection du mat\u00e9riau pour les vannes industrielles haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les conditions de haute temp\u00e9rature incluent la haute temp\u00e9rature, la haute temp\u00e9rature niveau 1, niveau 2, niveau 3, niveau 4 et niveau 5. Elles sont toutes pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Basse haute temp\u00e9rature<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Basse haute temp\u00e9rature fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature de travail de la vanne. Celles-ci sont utilis\u00e9es dans les unit\u00e9s sous vide, les unit\u00e9s atmosph\u00e9riques et dans les raffineries d'unit\u00e9s d\u00e9taill\u00e9es. Les vannes de types CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3m ne sont pas utilis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9sister aux solutions acides. Elles sont utilis\u00e9es pour les produits de pipelines de p\u00e9trole et de gaz contenant du soufre. Dans ces conditions de travail, la temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement maximale est de 450 degr\u00e9s Celsius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Mat\u00e9riau pour la classe haute temp\u00e9rature 1<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de travail de la vanne est de 425 \u00e0 550 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Elle est appel\u00e9e niveau de haute temp\u00e9rature 1. Le mat\u00e9riau principal de la vanne PI est haute temp\u00e9rature. Il est bas\u00e9 sur le CF8 selon les normes ASTM 351. Le grade PI est le nom sp\u00e9cifique et le concept de l'acier inoxydable haute temp\u00e9rature. Si le fluide de service est de la vapeur ou de l'eau, l'acier haute temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9. Ils sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s dans le p\u00e9trole soufr\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Mat\u00e9riau pour haute temp\u00e9rature classe 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de travail de la vanne est de 550 \u2013 650 degr\u00e9s Celsius et elle est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e comme une haute temp\u00e9rature. Elle est utilis\u00e9e pour les unit\u00e9s de craquage lourd dans la raffinerie et elle poss\u00e8de \u00e9galement des vannes \u00e0 opercule r\u00e9sistantes \u00e0 l'usure. Elle est utilis\u00e9e dans trois injecteurs rotatifs et dans d'autres pi\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Mat\u00e9riau pour haute temp\u00e9rature classe 3<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La pression de travail de la vanne est de 650 \u2013 730 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Ce type de temp\u00e9rature est utilis\u00e9 dans de tr\u00e8s grandes unit\u00e9s de craquage lourd dans les raffineries. Il s'agit d'acier r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la chaleur pour hautes temp\u00e9ratures, \u00e0 base de chrome-nickel et de titane, \u00e0 teneur moyenne en carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Mat\u00e9riau pour haute temp\u00e9rature classe 4<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La limite sup\u00e9rieure de cette temp\u00e9rature est fix\u00e9e \u00e0 816 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Lorsque la temp\u00e9rature de travail est d\u00e9pass\u00e9e, l'acier approche de la temp\u00e9rature de forgeage. Le m\u00e9tal, apr\u00e8s chauffage, se trouve dans la plage de d\u00e9formation plastique. Le m\u00e9tal a une bonne plasticit\u00e9 et il est difficile de supporter une force de travail et une pression \u00e9lev\u00e9es sans d\u00e9formations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.<\/strong> &nbsp; <strong>Mat\u00e9riau pour haute temp\u00e9rature classe 4<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La temp\u00e9rature de travail de celle-ci est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 816 degr\u00e9s Celsius. Selon la pression de travail, le fluide et la m\u00e9thode de conception sp\u00e9ciale, ainsi que des mat\u00e9riaux raisonnables.
