La vanne peut se fermer instantan\u00e9ment dans des conditions anormales telles que le reflux du fluide dans la tuyauterie, une panne de courant et un accident, et le temps de fermeture est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 0,5 seconde.<\/p>\n<p>\u25c6Caract\u00e9ristiques du produit<\/p>\n<p>1. La norme d'acceptation de conception et de fabrication adopte ANSIB16.34, E101 ou JB\/3595. La r\u00e9sistance et les performances d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 r\u00e9pondent pleinement aux exigences de la norme, et la vanne en \u00e9tat de vide est soumise \u00e0 un test de vide et la dur\u00e9e de vie de la machine enti\u00e8re r\u00e9pond aux exigences de l'utilisateur.<\/p>\n<p>2. Le disque de la vanne est con\u00e7u pour \u00eatre reli\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re mobile \u00e0 la tige de la vanne via le culbuteur, ce qui permet un auto-alignement avec la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de la vanne pour garantir la coh\u00e9rence de la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>3. Pour diff\u00e9rentes temp\u00e9ratures, le mat\u00e9riau principal est en acier au carbone ou en acier haute temp\u00e9rature, et la surface d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 est plaqu\u00e9e d'un alliage dur.<\/p>\n<p>4. La cavit\u00e9 interne du corps de vanne adopte une conception profil\u00e9e, qui offre une grande capacit\u00e9 d'\u00e9coulement et r\u00e9duit la r\u00e9sistance de la vanne.<\/p>\n<p>7. L'actionneur est un cylindre \u00e0 rappel par ressort ou un cylindre hydraulique, qui est relativement ind\u00e9pendant de l'action de la partie de fermeture de la vanne, et la d\u00e9faillance de l'actionneur n'affecte pas l'action de la partie de fermeture.<\/p>\n<p>8. L'ouverture de la pi\u00e8ce de fermeture est \u00e9quip\u00e9e d'un m\u00e9canisme de limite pour \u00e9viter les dommages caus\u00e9s par une ouverture excessive.<\/p>\n<p>9. La paroi interne du cylindre ou du v\u00e9rin hydraulique est rev\u00eatue d'une couche r\u00e9sistante \u00e0 l'usure et \u00e0 la corrosion. Cela permet d'augmenter la dur\u00e9e de vie, de r\u00e9duire la force n\u00e9gative de l'action et de rendre la vanne flexible et fiable.<\/p>\n<p>10.
