Technical Content Review & Evidence Policy
How Raymon Valve technical pages are scoped, checked, updated and connected to order-specific engineering evidence. This policy is designed to make useful guidance distinguishable from certification, project approval and supplied-product records.

Who publishes the technical content
Raymon Valve is the publisher and is responsible for maintaining the website content. Pages are prepared as engineering screening, specification and procurement guidance for valve users, EPC teams, inspectors and buyers. We do not add a named engineer, professional credential, customer approval, laboratory status or field case unless that identity and its applicability can be verified and publication is authorized.
Our evidence hierarchy
1. Governing project documents
Jurisdiction, purchaser specification, project document precedence, line class, datasheet and approved deviations control the actual order. Conflicts must be resolved by the authorized project parties.
2. Official standards sources
Standards can be revised, amended or reaffirmed. We direct readers to official publishers and require the exact contract-adopted designation, part and edition to be verified from a licensed document.
3. Order-specific supplier evidence
Approved drawings, calculations, bills of material, procedures, qualification scope, ITPs, material records, NDE, pressure/leakage tests and functional results must identify the supplied configuration.
4. Explanatory website content
Our pages explain questions, trade-offs, failure exposures and RFQ inputs. They help readers ask better questions but cannot replace the three controlled evidence levels above.
What each technical review checks
| Review dimension | What we check | What remains order-specific |
|---|---|---|
| Search intent | Whether the page directly answers a selection, standards, inspection, maintenance, procurement or application task. | The reader’s actual project objective, inputs and decision authority. |
| Объем проектирования | Function, operating cases, interfaces, materials, actuation, tests, failure modes and required records. | Calculations and acceptance for the proposed tag and installed system. |
| Claims | Removal or qualification of unsupported universal suitability, certification, performance, experience and compliance statements. | Contractual claims substantiated by applicable certificates and order records. |
| Стандарты | Correct issuer and broad scope, with a reminder to verify the official status and contract edition. | Licensed clauses, purchaser options, supplements, precedence and deviations. |
| Internal links | Routes from application to product family, material, sizing, inspection, standards and RFQ pages. | The project document workflow and authorized approval path. |
| Update signals | Visible update date, publisher, purpose, limitations and correction route. | Notification obligations defined by a specific contract. |
Standards and technical-source policy
We summarize scope at a high level and do not reproduce copyrighted standard text. A standard reference is not used as a blanket compliance claim. Product construction, pressure-temperature rating, dimensions, end connections, pressure testing, fire testing, fugitive-emission qualification, materials and documentation may be governed by different documents.
Before release, a project should record the exact designation, part, edition or date, amendments, purchaser options, project supplements and document precedence. Where a page links to an issuer such as API, ASME, ISO or AMPP, the link is a verification route—not proof that a particular valve or order is certified.
Corrections, updates and application review
Readers can report an unclear statement, suspected technical error, broken link or changed standards status through the contact page. Please include the page URL, the statement in question and, when applicable, the official source or project context. We review the scope and either correct the page, add a limitation or route the question to an application-specific clarification.
Public pages are updated when their search purpose, technical boundaries, official-source route or internal navigation materially changes. The visible content-update date indicates the website review; it is not a claim that every external standard was reissued on that date.
Send the datasheet and governing project requirements
A responsible review separates confirmed data, assumptions, deviations and required evidence for the actual duty.
