     Established in January 2009, Raymon Valve Co., Ltd. is a premier, innovation-driven enterprise dedicated to manufacturing high-performance, value-added valves and fluid control systems. With an extensive market share and a reputation for engineering excellence, we specialize in supplying heavy-duty valves tailored for critical-service infrastructure, including power generation, petroleum refining, petrochemical processing, and coal chemical industries.

     Our multi-line manufacturing facility features dedicated production tracks for power station valves, ASME/API standard valves, and general-service alloy valves. We engineer and manufacture a comprehensive product portfolio, including:
• Severe-Service Solutions: High-temperature/high-pressure power station valves, pump protection systems (TDM automatic recirculation valves), and full-forged heavy-duty valves.
• Advanced Actuation: Pneumatic, hydraulic, and electro-hydraulic quick-closing butterfly valves, as well as extraction quick-closing check valves.
• Standard Industrial Valves: Gate, globe, check, ball, and butterfly valves, alongside specialized fluorine-lined and corrosion-resistant options designed to excel under complex working conditions.

     We manufacture thousands of product specifications compliant with leading international standards, including API, ASME, ANSI, DIN, HG, and GB. Our valves are engineered from specialized, high-grade materials such as WCB, LCB, WC6, WC9, C12A, P91, CF8, CF8M, CF3, CF3M, and advanced super alloys like Hastelloy (CN7M).

     To ensure absolute reliability, our QA/QC center utilizes state-of-the-art testing methodologies: OES spectrum analysis, metallographic inspection, ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MT), mechanical property verification, valve life cycle testing, fire-safe testing, and ultra-high-pressure large-diameter performance testing.
